I have four [500mL] bottles of home distilled, from spring water, Rose Water – made from Roses collected on or near Melbourne Cup Day 2016. Roses gathered were red, deeply fragrant – to the point of being blown over or over ripe.


If you happen to have such Roses growing in your garden and live in or near the Dandenong Ranges, and are feeling generous next year … drop me an email. I am always on the look out for either stolen, wild or spontaneously sourced for the making of the rare vintage that is Cup Day Rose Water.
