It’s mindful, relaxing, creates balance in body and mind, and … it works.
As for Yoga, I am slow to take the bit. Needed to find the right Class, the right Teacher and the right Motivation. It makes all the difference. In fact, it took relentless lower back pain from sitting in that counselling chair and a synchronistic search for me to find Vinyasa.
It’s is hard man! But in a good way.
